A multi-leaf spring is a traditional and highly reliable multi-layer stacked suspension component consisting of multiple spring steel blades of different lengths. Gradually arranged from the longest main blade to shorter auxiliary blades, it forms an integrated arched assembly fixed by central bolts and side clips. Designed specifically for heavy-load scenarios, multi-leaf springs are widely installed on heavy-duty trucks, semi-trailers, dump trucks, agricultural tractors and large construction machinery. Compared with single leaf springs, this multi-layer structure provides higher rigidity, stronger load-bearing capacity and superior impact resistance, making it the mainstream suspension solution for commercial vehicles that require stable heavy-load operation.

Made of high-quality 60Si2Mn and 65Mn spring steel, each leaf undergoes precision hot rolling, integral arc forming, quenching and tempering processes to achieve balanced hardness, toughness and tensile strength. The standardized layered structure enables graded stress bearing. Under light loads, only the main blade works to maintain flexible shock absorption and smooth driving performance. When bearing heavy cargo loads or encountering strong road impact, all upper and lower blades fit tightly and cooperate to disperse pressure evenly across the entire spring assembly. This effectively avoids local stress concentration, reduces chassis jitter, buffers violent road vibration, and improves overall vehicle stability and load balance during long-distance transportation and off-road operation.

Multi-leaf springs feature outstanding structural stability and durability. Equipped with anti-friction spacers and positioning clips between each blade, the assembly minimizes metal friction, eliminates abnormal noise during high-vibration driving, and prevents blade displacement, loosening and shedding. After strict stress relief treatment, the spring assembly effectively resists fatigue deformation under long-term alternating compression. With optional shot blasting, spray painting and galvanized surface treatments, multi-leaf springs gain excellent rust-proof, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant properties, adapting to harsh working environments such as dusty construction sites, muddy farmland and humid outdoor conditions.

The greatest advantage of multi-leaf springs is their progressive elastic performance. The suspension gradually increases rigidity as the load rises, perfectly combining driving comfort under light load and structural stability under full load. This unique characteristic effectively protects the vehicle chassis, reduces cargo shaking, and lowers mechanical loss. In addition, the segmented assembly design allows easy replacement of individual damaged blades, avoiding overall component replacement and greatly reducing daily maintenance costs for fleets and machinery equipment.

Customizable in blade quantity, length, thickness, arc radian and mounting hole size, multi-leaf springs can meet different load grades of medium and heavy-duty equipment. As a mature, stable and cost-effective chassis suspension part, multi-leaf springs provide long-lasting safety support for heavy trucks, trailers and engineering machinery, ensuring reliable and efficient operation in various harsh working conditions.
